    LMTAC Delegation Request

Procedures

1. All regular public LMTAC Board meetings will include the provision for 
one, five-minute public delegation per meeting (to be held at the start of
the meeting), with discretion of the Chair to allow a second delegation. 

2. The delegation must submit, in writing, at least 10 days prior to the 
meeting, a request to appear, indicating the nature of of their presentation. 

Please complete the following form and press the submit button.  A confirmation page will appear - click on "return to form" at the bottom of the page to return to the site.
