Procedures
1. All regular public LMTAC Board meetings will include the provision
for
one, five-minute public delegation per meeting (to be held at the
start of
the meeting), with discretion of the Chair to allow a second
delegation.
2. The delegation must submit, in writing, at least 10 days prior to the
meeting, a request to appear, indicating the nature of of their presentation.
Please complete the following form and press the submit button. A
confirmation page will appear - click on "return to form" at the
bottom of the page to return to the site.
As
an alternative, you can download the PDF version,
(right click, choose
"save target as") print it, fill it out, and fax it to: 604-436-6860.
